Customer Service
We have established a dedicated and professionally trained staff of customer service representatives to provide the highest level of service to our shareholders. All members of our customer service staff undergo a lengthy training process and have passed the NASD Series 6 exam. This specialized training enables the support center to handle both simple and complex requests. We pride ourselves in answering client calls personally from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday, so you will not be required to navigate a cumbersome voice response unit. Our goal at the Sound Shore Fund is to provide complete customer satisfaction through a high quality staff and services.
