Experience – Our portfolio managers have investing experience with Sound Shore Management for 28, 28 and 11 years respectively. These portfolio managers work closely with our 4 analysts. Our investment professionals work in teams of two (usually a portfolio manager and an analyst) on each stock. This structure provides a good balance of decision making and accountability, and encourages proactive decision making. |
